Purpose: To facilitate the development and execution of the Annual Conference Scholarship Fundraising Raffle by developing on-site program and on-site management. 

Strategy:  To serve as a resource to annual conference attendees in producing successful raffles that generates needed funding for the conference scholarships.

Conference Scholarship

The intent of the AHCAP Scholarship Program is to give members an opportunity to attend the AHCAP annual conference by defraying most conference expenses for those who would otherwise not be able to attend.

The Scholarship
The AHCAP Scholarship Program is funded solely through proceeds from the Annual AHCAP Scholarship Fundraising Raffle.  The total amount of money available for scholarships is determined annually by the Board of Directors and based on proceeds earned from the previous year’s Fundraising efforts.  The number awarded and scholarship amounts will be evaluated annually by the Scholarship Committee.
